Tateki "Tech" Matsuda

Tateki "Tech" Matsuda has been selected our #1 ranked Professional MMA fighter for our July 2016 New England MMA Rankings. Tateki has been a professional fighter since July of 2008. He has 19 professional MMA bouts and 2 of those bouts being on the grand stage in the UFC!

Tateki's home gym is the legendary Sityodtong gym of of Boston, MA with head trainer Mark DellaGrotte. Tateki lost a close decision in his UFC debut and then dropped a Split decision in his last UFC outing, If are guess is correct we know Tateki will not be our #1 ranked fighter for long as we except another win should be good enough to get the "Tech" back in the UFC at the Flyweight division! Tateki is riding a two fight win streak as his fight was for Legacy Fighting Championship on 2/5/2016 where he won in the 1st round by TKO with punches. His next fight is very important as he has not won 3 straight fights in his entire career.
