Written by Tom “Captain America” Evans and Manny Munoz

HELLO RFS FOLLOWERS- We have arrived at the beautiful Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT for this SOLD OUT Bellator MMA live event. This is the 9th Regional MMA event of the year, and this is the big show ladies and gentleman! UFC and Pride legend Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (33-11) will be in the main event LIVE on Spike TV, as he takes on former Bellator MMA Light Heavyweight World Champion Christian M’Pmbu (18-5). This is a semi-final tournament Bellator 205 lb. match-up. Bellator MMA is advertised as “The toughest tournament in sports” and is in competition with MMA Major League leader the UFC. Some consider Bellator MMA to in fact be better than its counterpart.

Also in action tonight in our Co-Main Event former Strike Light-Heavyweight Strike Force Champion “King” Mo Lawal (11-3) will be taking on Mikhail Zayats (22-7) on the other side of the light heavyweight semi-final bracket. We as fans would all like to see “King” Mo Lawal take on Quinton “Rampage” Jackson for the Bellator Light-Heavyweight tournament final.

Some local stars in attendance: Jeff “Scary Nickname” Nader, “Rockstar” Felix, Todd “The Hulk” Chattelle, Brennan “The Irish Bad Boy” Ward, “Notorious” Nick Newell, Rob Font and we are sure many more!

Here we go, show starts at 6:32pm, and the Mohegan Sun Arena is rocking with more than 7,500 fans!
